    Who doesn’t enjoy a good box and whisker plot ….if explained clearly. I have seen box-and-whisker plots in certain statistical analysis/papers (and back in the day at school…). I think more folks are used to histograms in papers and dashboards. They are easier to use if described with legends and labels.

    A bar chart -horizontal would be the best type to illustrate ranking for comparison.

    Curative care for both zones are the most frequent claim type. The are not the same – the least frequent service category in the Northern zone is speech therapy and in the Eastern zone it is both inpatient obstetrics and inpatient medical.

    I would say it is a dashboard based on the article by Few. It does need some data and visualization formatting for better understanding of the data. There are many ways one could improve the dashboard (color and other graphical options) to give the audience a better understanding of the data and metrics being presented.
